The Haven Middle School Directory is powered by Membership Toolkit. If you are brand new to Haven Middle School and would like to sign up for the directory, please fill out this form.
If you are a current family, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your account status.
Once your information has been received, you will receive an email will login instructions. Then you will have access to register your account and be be able to edit and update your information.
Your contact information will only be available to those that are also using the directory within the Haven community.
In addition, the Haven PTA uses this database to send regular E-Newsletter communications.
*You have the option to not share your information. Your student will still be listed in the directory but all information will be kept private. You can still receive the PTA Newsletter if you choose to share your email for that purpose.

Once you have created and verified your family's account, download the free Membership Toolkit mobile app. There, you will be able to access all the features from the website.
Move between schools within the app by tapping on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of the landing page. Tap the "switch" icon, which has two arrows to the left of the settings icon located at the top right to see your list of school options. (You need a directory account created and verified at each school for them to appear in this list.
